Thats why I have written a book called Enjoy Losing Weight. I prefer to think of my advice as promoting long term enjoyable eating habits rather than pushing a diet. And if you’re unfit – I believe you can lose weight without changing your exercise levels!

Take a pill and super slim? You can’t end up looking like your favourite movie star in three weeks by taking pills. And if by some miracle this did actually work the effect would only be temporary. Long term weight loss comes from eating well and enjoying what you are eating.
